Trump’s win shows the importance of Arts and Humanities

Arts and humanities allow an expression of what people are feeling. However, many thought that this was discounted in this year’s U.S election with the commentators in the Times saying, “data cannot capture the human condition that is the blood of American Politics.”

Arts and humanities are still seen as second to most other fields although they have always had a strong link to political issues.
