Turkey looks to block Finland and Sweden’s application to NATO

Last week, Finland and Sweden officially applied to be members of NATO, finding support with a majority of members, and the opposite with others.
As motions require a unanimous vote, Turkey, one of the more prominent members rejecting the application, is seeking to negotiate terms in which they’d accept the motion.
