The Irish Aviation Authority has begun investigating reports of very fast and bright objects spotted by commercial airline pilots last week. A concerned pilot made contact with air traffic control asking if it was military exercises. However there was no such activity in the area, at the time. Not long afterwards other reports regarding the same objects were made by various other pilots. The IAA filed an official report and, has begun investigating these claims. Today we are spoke to Dr Stephen Hughes from the Queensland University of Technology to understand these claims and, the investigation better.
