United States to end Iraq combat mission

In a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi, US President Joe Biden discussed the conclusion of the US combat effort that began under President Bush, with the push to topple President Saddam Hussein.
This follows a similar withdrawal from the Afghani theatre earlier in the year. We take a look at the Biden foreign policy objectives, and where that will lead us.
