Unsafe Carers Could be Banned From Entering NDIS
Proposed powers could see dodgy carers and service providers banned from entering the National Disability Insurance Scheme. How would this work and is it enough to ensure people do not fall through the gaps?
The move follows the death of 54-year-old South Australian woman Ann Marie Smith who had cerebral palsy and was left in squalid conditions while under the care of the NDIS.
