Unusual Partnership: Dry July and BWS

It’s the start of July and you know what that means – Dry July! If you don’t know what that is, it’s an organisation that encourages us to go alcohol-free for a month, to raise funds for adults with cancer. But recently Dry July has partnered with BWS, Australia’s largest seller of alcohol. The irony in that hasn’t left many happy.

The Daily was joined by Michael Thorn, Chief Executive of the Foundation of Alcohol Research and Education (or FARE), to talk about this unusual partnership.
