Voluntary Assisted Dying needs assistance

Most Australians live in a part of the country where they can access voluntary assisted dying, if they are eligible.
The option for terminally ill adults, who are suffering, to receive help to die, is legal in all Australian states and is becoming legal in the Australian Capital Territory in November this year.
Despite being a legal option that’s available in most of the nation, new research by Queensland University of Technology suggests many Australians aren’t aware that this is the case.
