Weekly Wrap – 26th of April 2019
After a bit of a weird week with all of the public holidays this week Geoff Fields catching you up on all you missed in the news.
Beginning the week with the horrible Sri Lanka bombings in which bombs ripped through luxury hotels and churches across Sri Lanka, councils across NSW are seeking to increase rates up to 15% a year, after a 6.1 magnitude earthquake in the Philippines at least 8 people were killed. Bill Shorten promises to stop Gay Conversion therapy if he wins the federal election on the 18th of May, 500 people had to be evacuated around the Sydney Opera House causing chaos and mayhem all due to an excavator running into a pipe.
