It has been an eventful week in politics regarding the issue of same-sex marriage. Following the many debates in parliament this week, polls on party preference show the Labour party ahead in votes.
The family of John Ibrahim had their homes raided on Tuesday in Dubai, alleged drug mule Cassie Sainsbury’s plea deal was rejected, there’s been heavy snow in the Blue Mountains and illegal firearms have been handed into police this week as part of the gun amnesty and trains have been extended in Sydney’s west with extra services.
