Welders at risk of carcinogenic fumes, study finds
New research has revealed tens of thousands of Australian workers are being exposed to dangerous ‘welding fumes’ in their workplace.
Data released by Curtin University shows almost ninety percent of survey participants were being exposed to potentially carcinogenic fumes.
The research has also revealed little is being done to protect the workers.
