What is a Weather Insurance Index?
A recent report from the Climate Council has revealed that areas of Australia vulnerable to climate change-induced natural disasters, are only going to be hit harder, as costs increase dramatically and large areas of the country become effectively uninsurable.
But global trials in a new form of policy cover, might change the way we think about the process of insurance in the wake of extreme weather and climate change.
