What’s left of Mosul?

On Monday the Iraqi government claimed ‘victory’ over the IS led territory of Mosul. The successful offensive took place a lengthy period of fighting with high casualty rates, including those of many civilians. So how did victory occur and what does the future hold for the war torn state of Mosul? We were joined by the investigations editor for The Age, Michael Bachelard to discuss these questions with us.
