Where are the Female Coaches?
Women’s Sports has been experiencing a boom is the past few years, with the AFLW and Women’s Big Bash growing in both professional participation and viewing numbers.
But there is a serious lack of female representation in coaching roles. There are only two women in senior coaching roles and four in supporting roles in the AFLW.
