WHO Has Updated Their Advice On Using Masks During COVID-19

The World Health Organisation has updated its advice on the use of face masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19, a pandemic that has spread across the world in mere months and irrevocably changed life as we know it forever. This news is timely for Australians as Australia has started to loosen its lock-down laws and inch closer and closer to life before the pandemic.

Professor Mary-Louise McLaws joined us to discuss why the World Health Organisation has updated their face masks recommendations and what this means for health authorities across the world, she is an Infection Control Expert at the University of NSW Medicine and an advisor to the World Health Organisation for COVID-19.
