Sleep Deprivation! Something we may know all too well. There’s no denying the importance of a good night’s sleep! Although, sometimes when we don’t get one, we resort to substitutes like coffee or a nap in order to wake us up. Chrissy Vavdinos spoke with Sleep Psychologist, Dr Kimberly Fenn to find out more on the relationship between sleep and caffeine.
