To Vape or Not to Vape?
In the last few weeks, reports of lung illness related to vaping had soared. At least 450 potential cases had been recorded, and there had been at least six connected deaths. Advocates for e-cigarettes and companies that make the products had benefited from the perception of vaping as a healthier alternative to traditional cigarettes as a potential means to help smokers quit. However, according to Centers for Disease Controlled (CDC), any short-term surge in vaping –related illnesses doesn’t alter the fact that traditional cigarettes were “the leading caused of preventable death” in the world. We were joined by Dr. Hui Chen an associate professor in the school of life sciences to look further into this issue
