2024, LS Merchants ‘Butter Barrels’ Chardonnay, Margret River, Western Australia

Super ripe chardonnay, harvested from Wilyabrup in Margret River, brings bold tropical flavours into this wine. A healthy portion of new oak, lots of lees work and Malolactic Fermentation give this wine it’s butter barrels name and its rich mouth feel. Suitable to drink now, or cellar for up to 5 years. Pairs with everything.
