2023, Maude ‘Estate’ Pinot Noir, Central Otago, New Zealand

A wine designed for the autumn season, dark berries, spice and a little bit of fallen leaves. A textbook example of everything great Central Otago does, spends 28 days on skins and 10 months in barrel giving the wine richness and depth. Pairs with all the classics but is a wine well worth enjoying with good friends and rain against the window.
