Wine producers won’t produce CO2 as they head to net zero
Australia’s Wine producers are moving to net zero emissions according to a new report from Sustainable Winegrowing Australia.
The report outlines the program’s first national data set, with 100% of members measuring and reporting their scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions. It also highlights the areas for greater improvement, with biodiversity enhancement and nutrient management the two key areas.
