Women in Law – The Next Generation of Power Brokers

Recent data showed that for the first time in Australian history, women outnumber men in the legal profession across all states and territories.

53% of Australian lawyers are women, a huge milestone for a profession that has historically been dominated by men.

Associate Professor of Law at the University of Technology Sydney Dr Karen O’Connell joined us to discuss why numbers don’t equal power in a profession where men are still outranking women.
