World AIDS Day 2020

World AIDS Day is held on the 1st of December each year, and is a day to raise awareness across the world and in the community about the issues surrounding HIV and AIDS. It is a day for people to show their support for people living with HIV and to commemorate people who have died.
The Daily’s Ruby Innes spoke with Hartley Williams, who is a Noongar man from the southern region of Western Australia living with HIV and has been heavily involved in work with POWA and ACON surrounding HIV/AIDS awareness in our First Nations communities and the LGBTQIA+ community.
