Yoga has become an increasingly popular form of exercise. The common perception is that yoga provides health benefits like improving strength and flexibility. New research has shown that whilst yoga provides benefits, it should be approached with caution, as there are potential health risks. To shine a light on this new research, Matt is joined by Dr Evangelos Pappas, a senior lecturer of musculoskeletal physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
