A recent report titled Exhausted, undervalued and leaving: the crisis in early education on the early education sector paints a dire picture for the future of early childhood education and care in Australia.  

The report found 73% of early Educators plan to leave the historically female sector within three years with one of the main reasons being, feeling undervalued. Drive Executive Producer Bella Michie sat down with Early Education Director Helen Gibbons to find out what needs to be done to turn this industry around.
