The Milky Way’s missing matter

What is the universe made of? Or what is the universe made of, really?

We thought we knew, but astronomers can’t account for about 5% of the universe made of normal matter, constructed from particles known as baryons.

This missing baryon problem has plagued astronomers, but they think they may have located some of this missing stuff.

Dr. Keith Bannister from CSIRO joined Sam to talk about the missing matter. Sam started up by asking what the missing baryon problem is.
