Stevie Jean Explores The Dark and Herself
The Dark is the debut album from Stevie Jean and like a beacon of light out of it, she is shining bright with a sound that flows between creeping slow burners, to fuzzed up rock – from hip-hop, to blues jams.
She has collaborated in the past with Caiti Baker, released an EP with Tasman Keith and is a member of the Settle Down Sisters. A dynamic performer and individual, The Tuckshop chatted to her about her debut, why she moved to Melbourne and whether she fears sharks or crocs more!
