Eighty per cent of Australians need the COVID jab to open up: report
The Grattan Institute released a report and a modelling project, and found out that 80 per cent of Australians need to be vaccinated to ease restrictions in Australia. In addition, the modelling suggests 95 per cent of Australians aged over 70 need to have the COVID vaccine to prevent more COVID-related deaths.
The modelling also suggests strategies to engage and motivate Australians to vaccinate, and it includes a better campaign to engage with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and Australians with English as a second language.
