Dementia Australia has released their new Community Education toolkit which provides interactive information about brain health and dementia.

According to the World Alzheimer Report 2024 , “65% of health and care professionals incorrectly believe dementia is a normal part of ageing”. The aim of the toolkit is to provide individuals with knowledge of dementia. Therefore, shortening the knowledge gap that can occur between the patient and the GP about this issue.
