Agriculture Minister Proposed an Agriculture Visa for SEA Countries

One of the things we do know about the new Australia UK free trade deal is that UK backpackers will no longer have to spend 88 days working on farms.

To supplement these workers, the Agriculture Minister David Littleproud has proposed an agriculture visa for workers from south east Asian countries.

Unions are concerned that the plan risks exploiting and underpaying migrant workers.
