Statistics show that most New Year’s resolutions that we make are likely to fail. Many of us know this from personal experience or from seeing friends and family quit a diet or cheat their budgets.

However the one thing that stays constant with New Year’s resolutions is that we still make them! We were joined by Professor Alex Blaszczynski from the University of Sydney’s School of Psychology to learn more about the psychology behind our New Year’s resolution making!
