Australian blues player Frank Sultana dropped by the 2SER studios this week to speak about the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, what makes a great guitar player and his current tour.

In January 2023, among a field of 150 artists from around the world, Frank competed in and won the solo/duo section of the International Blues Challenge in Memphis Tennessee.  He is only the third person outside of North America ever to have won.  The others are legendary Fiona Boyes and Jimi Hocking (Screaming Jets).  Together they are on tour now as The Memphis Three.
