If you’ve been unlucky enough, you may have received a text message from Australian businessman Clive Palmer over the past couple of weeks.
It looks like Clive is getting back into politics, and he’s decided to spread buzz by sending out mass text messages which annoy anyone who receives them.
But is Clive actually allowed to send out mass text messages? And will such an assertive campaign backfire
