The Logies are Australian tv’s night of nights and has always courted controversy.

This year Sonia Kruger won the Gold Logie which raised eyebrows too many who found her comments regarding Muslim’s extremely divisive.

As the news and media industries begin to address diversity a research by University of Canberra suggest more needs to be done about discrimination and barriers.
