Craving Comfort Foods Completely Normal
You can go easy on yourself for not sticking to your healthy meal plan and reaching for that cheesy bowl of pasta. Psychologists say that we subconsciously crave comfort foods during the winter months. This is because the winter months have a chemical, evolutionary and psychological effect on us.
