Diet related personality types
New research has found that perfectionism and food cravings are some of the most common reasons for diets derailing. CSIRO has conducted Australia’s largest-ever diet and personality survey to gain a snapshot of why so many people find it difficult to maintain healthy eating. The report analysed the five main diet related personality types and looked at the major stumbling blocks for each.
