On tonight’s show:

Older homeless women – on the rise

We tend to think the homeless are people driven from their homes by family violence, drug abuse or mental health problems. But statistics tell another story. Between 2016 and 2021, in NSW, the number of homeless women aged between 65 and 74 rose a staggering 78 per cent.

Treasure Island

Mention the Pacific Islands & images of pristine beaches and  swaying palm trees come to mind. But for the Polynesian people in Sydney it’s much more than that. A new web series Treasure Island depicts rich Indigenous storylines from the cultural artefacts of Samoa, Fiji, Tonga, The Cook Islands,  Papua New Guinea and Kiribati.
