Kyle Ewart, PHD student from the Australian Museum’s ‘Australian Centre for Wildlife Genomics’, has developed a DNA test that can identify whether a horn is rhino or not – making it fast enough to let police and custom officials to prosecute poachers, traffickers and customers, in hopes to bring back Rhino populations.
