Food Ethics: Is The Consumer Or Producer Accountable?

Our food choices have now become political and ethical statements, with the food label at the centre of the debate. Who needs to be held accountable? The consumers or the manufacturer?  2SER was joined on the line by Dr Christopher Mayes from  the Postdoctoral Research Fellow Centre for Values, Ethics and the Law in Medicine to explain the situation and what actions need to be taken in terms of unethical practices.
