Hospitality workers R NOT OK
The hospitality industry is renowned for creating a work space which causes dangerously high levels of anxiety and depression, for people working in it. The culture of bullying and harassment can be so toxic it has even caused some workers to take their life. Rachel Clements, the national director of psychological services at the Centre for Corporate Health, and sits on the R U OK Conversation Think Tank, has been working to change hospitality environment for the better.
