How are we supposed to live laugh love in these conditions?
The uncertainty and anxiety caused by successive lockdowns is taking a toll on everyone’s well being. While mental health organisations like Beyondblue and Lifeline have seen a marked increase in people accessing mental health support. Unfortunately, there has also been a significant increase in younger people being in distress owing to the feelings of helplessness and isolation induced by lockdown. Australian government is taking initiative to support mental health by providing $17.7 million to establish pop up mental health support sites for areas currently facing extended COVID-19 restrictions in and around Greater Sydney.
