The stresses of the job and inadequate duty of care has resulted in numerous cases of post-covid burnout. Phenomenon like hyper independence, where one person takes on workloads meant for an entire team is not uncommon.
With board members of arts organisations and employees both feeling frustrated and tired, it can be difficult to fire up the passion the arts sector requires.
