Cricket Australia has recently made a very significant contribution to gender diversity in elite sports by releasing a detailed set of rules and guidelines to improve clarity of what is expected from gender diverse athletes playing on an elite level, and what is expected from cricket clubs in terms of inclusion for transgender players.
