Insights at 2019 Eating and Appetite Symposium
Last Friday, Professor Lenny Vartanian hosted the fifth Symposium on Eating and Appetite at the University of New South Wales.
The symposium had papers presented from universities in Australia and the US. Attendees included psychologists, dieticians, neurophysiologists, pharmacologists, gastronomers, and activists. We spoke to Professor Lenny Vartanian to give us some highlights from the symposium.
