The UN says migration between countries have served critical services to both sides. For the receiving country it helps with filling the gaps for  low skilled workers, so their citizens can do the jobs they prefer to do. While for the host country it helps their citizens to find opportunities for a better life. Research shows advantages for migration outweigh the disadvantages. So this coming 18 December is International Migrants Day where the contribution of migrants to many countries is recognised worldwide.  Razors Edge caught up with a few women to hear how, despite the challenges of migration they live rich and meaningful lives in Australia. The women are from Sydney and Western Sydney – are Marilyn, Lia, Betty Nguyen and Wendy El-Khoury.  Interviewee:  Marilyn, Lia, Betty and Wendy   Reporter/Producer: Annamarie Reyes
