Is half a billion a good foundation for the Barrier Reef?

When the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Chairman Dr John Schubert AO met with the Prime Minister and Minister Josh Frydenburg he wasn’t expecting a windfall of $444 million in funding.
The Opposition spokesperson Senator Kristina Keneally is questioning why such a large amount is going to a private organisation.
