Josh Niland and Taste Of Sydney
Sydney loves food. This coming Thursday, the Taste Of Sydney Festival kicks off. One of the people appearing at the festival of food, is chef Josh Niland. Josh’s speciality is seafood, and he does some interesting things with seafood. He came in to have a chat with Nic but also brought some samples in with him.
