Lessons From the Ice Age
The latest report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) suggests that unless we reduce our use of fossil fuels, a two-degree rise in temperature could occur in the next few decades. Two degrees may sound small. But what could it mean in practical terms for Australia? To help us put this number into context, we spoke with Professor Chris Turney, Professor of Earth Science and Climate Change at the University of New South Wales.
