Outreach program in NSW is tackling homelessness
A New South Wales homelessness outreach program has announced they’ve found secure housing for around ninety per cent of participants.
The state government last year allocated 11 million dollars towards specialist homelessness services on the Northern Rivers, including funds for the Social Futures Tweed Shire Assertive Outreach Program.
