Over one third of population not getting enough sleep, study finds

New research finds over a third of the population is not getting the recommended amount of sleep.
The study done by Flinder’s University, also found getting fewer than SIX hours of sleep can be a contributing factor to a range of cardiovascular diseases and obesity.
