Rewiring our brains to fight back pain

With many of our working, and non-working, lives confining us to a chair it is increasingly common for individuals to suffer from chronic lower back pain. But what if we could train the brain to think differently about chronic pain?

This morning we were joined by  Dr Melissa Day, clinical psychologist at the University of Queensland to discuss her new study looking at the possibility of rewiring our brains to fight back pain
