Rustic French Bistro classics at Bastille

After several scaled-back post-COVID years, the free-entry Bastille Festival is returning in full force to Circular Quay. Curated culinary cuisine is always a Bastille highlight, now in its tenth iteration. Cordon Bleu Chef Cyril Seguin, owner of Rustic French Bistro at Potts Point, is one of the exhibitors at the much-loved traditional French food markets. He was on Tuesday Drive chatting about his showcase of beef bourguignon, cassoulet, and escargot at the Customs House stalls from this Thursday (13th) to Sunday (16th).
